Compared to an exercise regimen, a balance diet can reduce your weight by 4 to 5 times faster. Combining them would be the best formula though. But if ever you need to choose only one, then you should go with diet. Look for the best diets available using the internet or reading through a number of popular magazines. Take note that among the numerous diets available, the most effective ones are those that are moderately low in carbohydrates and moderately high in protein. For a more consistent effect, don't go to extremes, it is to your advantage to develop healthy habits that you can maintain for a long period of time rather than following one that would help you lose weight fast but regain it at the same speed soon.
